How can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Shipping and delivery

How long does delivery take?

We currently ship to the following countries: the United States(Please note that we currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii), the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, New Zealand and Australia, and delivery times depend on where you are. Generally, it takes between 7 to 14 days for your order to transit and 1 to 2 days to process.

Is there a delivery fee?

Nope, delivery is completely free! If you're in the United States and would like to receive your products faster, you can choose our Priority Shipping option for $39.99, with a transit time of 4-6 days.
